Solvent printing with high quality digital machine which is 720dpi to1200dpi

3. Treatments

(1) Reinforced seaming around all sides with eyelet and ropes for hanging.

(2) Customized hemmed sleeve available.

(3) Sewing around all sides for reinforcement.

Artwork Requirement

Ideally,You should build your document at 100%,In case where this is not possible.

Created it at either 50%, 25% or 12.5% of final size.Make sure that image resolution is

considered when working at less than 100% of scale. If working at 50% of final size.

Placed images should be at least 200DPI, which calculates to 100DPI at final size.

The safest way to submit a project please convert all fonts to outlines or curves.

Please send your graphics to us when payment has been made. All files will be print out from

high quality digital machine which is 720dpi to1200dpi.

1. What file types do you accept for digital printing?

We prefer to use AI, EPS, PSD, and PDF files, but with digital printing several file types can be used including TIFF and JPEG, the higher resolution the better, the design at full size or a size that can be scaled evenly like 50%.

2. How many colors can I use on a vinyl sign?

You can use as many colors as you like but the standard sign cost includes a background color and one letter color.

3. How long will my project take to complete?

On average, projects take between 3 – 5 days to complete from the time that the artwork is approved.

4. How many colors are available?

All primary colors are available at no additional cost. Metallic as well as various shades of colors are also available, so there are quite a few colors you can choose from.

5 Can I do a custom size sign?

Sure you can. We just ask that you design at full size or a size that can be scaled evenly like 50%.
